Biography
Professor Wang received B.S. in physics and Ph.D. in condensed matter physics both from Nanjing University, China, in 1993 and 1998, respectively. From 1998 to 2001, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Then he joined the Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (Shanghai), China, as a Member of the Technical Staff in process reliability engineering. From 2003, he was a professor with the Department of Microelectronics, Soochow University, China. He is a senior member of IEEE since 2008, and is the vice-chair of the IEEE Nanjing Section ED/SSC Joint Chapter. He is an editorial board member of journal Active and Passive Electronic Components. He published over 80 refreed journal and international conference papers, and was the winner of Best Paper Award in the conference ICSICT 2008 and IPFA 2010.
